How accurate is the AI estimate?
Most estimates land within the quoted range. The AI states its confidence with every analysis, and a human reviews your photos before the final price is confirmed — so the number you accept is the number you pay.
What if the AI gets my load wrong?
Our team double-checks every booking against your photos. If anything looks off, we contact you before pickup — you'll never be surprised by a different price on the day.
Do I need good photos?
Normal phone photos are fine. Two or three angles in decent light help the model see what's stacked behind what. You can always add a note for anything the camera can't see.
What happens to my photos?
They're used solely to estimate and complete your job, stored securely, and deleted afterwards. We never use them for marketing or share them with anyone.
