How we use it

Your photos are processed by our AI estimation provider solely to generate a quote. We use your contact details to confirm bookings and send service updates by SMS and email. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We share limited data with service providers who help us operate: our AI estimation provider, payment processor (Stripe), SMS provider (Twilio) and email provider. Each handles data under their own terms and security controls.

Data retention & security

We retain booking records for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal obligations. Data is stored securely with access controls and encryption in transit.
