Terms of Service

1. Estimates are not final quotes

Prices generated by our AI from your photos are estimates only, provided as a range. Your final quote is confirmed by our team after review. On-site conditions may affect the final price, which we'll always confirm before proceeding.

2. Bookings & deposits

A booking is a request until confirmed by gonemate. An optional deposit secures your slot and is deducted from the final invoice. Deposits are refundable if we are unable to complete the job.

3. What we cannot remove

We do not remove hazardous materials including asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles, or liquid paint. Misrepresented loads containing such materials may incur additional charges or be declined on site.

4. Access & safety

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the items. We may decline work that poses a safety risk to our crew.

5. Liability

We carry public liability insurance and take care with your property. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supply of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept card payments processed securely via Stripe.
